Privacy is a core architectural principle of Kora Intelligence, not an afterthought. Our system is designed from the ground up to minimize data collection and maximize user control. We believe you should be able to use powerful analysis tools without sacrificing your privacy.

We collect minimal data necessary to operate and improve the Service:

• Usage analytics: Page views, feature usage patterns, and aggregate performance metrics. These are anonymized and used solely to improve the Service.
• Error logs: Technical error information to diagnose and resolve issues.

No personal data is required to use the core analysis tool. You can use Kora Intelligence without providing your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.

This is the more important list. We do not collect, store, or retain the following:

• Text you submit for analysis
• Analysis results or reports
• Uploaded files, images, or documents
• Your analysis history or previous queries

To perform analysis, the text you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered processing. This transmission is necessary for the Service to function. Your data is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy during processing.

We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We use minimal cookies strictly for session management. Specifically:

• Session cookies: Used to maintain your active session. These expire when you close your browser.
• No tracking cookies: We do not use cookies to track your behavior across websites.
• No advertising cookies: We do not serve ads and do not use advertising cookies or pixels.

Some user preferences (such as your preferred analysis mode or theme settings) may be stored in your browser's localStorage. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is never transmitted to our servers
• Can be cleared at any time through your browser settings

You can use the core analysis tool without creating an account, providing an email address, or registering in any way. If we introduce optional account features in the future, they will remain optional for basic functionality.

Since we do not store your analyzed text, analysis results, or personal information, there is effectively no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Our privacy-first architecture means data rights are preserved by design.

Kora Intelligence is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the Service and any data processed through it, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Because we do not store user-submitted content, the attack surface for data breaches involving your analyzed text is effectively eliminated.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
