Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Kora Intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Kora Intelligence ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Kora Intelligence is an AI-powered communication analysis tool. It analyzes the structural and dimensional properties of text — including linguistic patterns, consistency, hedging behavior, specificity, and emotional tone — to provide insights about how a message is constructed.

The Service analyzes text structure, not factual truth. Analysis results reflect structural observations about communication patterns, not judgments about whether the content is true or false.

Kora Intelligence is a communication analysis tool. It is not:

• A fact-verification or fact-checking service
• A provider of legal advice or legal analysis
• A provider of financial advice or investment recommendations
• A medical diagnostic tool or health assessment service
• A product authentication or counterfeit detection service
• A definitive lie detection or deception detection system

The analysis output should be understood as one input among many, not as a definitive conclusion about any person, statement, or situation.

All analysis provided by the Service is probabilistic and structural in nature. Results are generated by artificial intelligence models and reflect pattern-based assessments, not verified conclusions. Analysis output may contain errors, misinterpretations, or incomplete assessments.

You acknowledge that analysis results should inform your decisions, not replace professional judgment. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis output.

The Service is available for both personal and commercial use. When using the Service, you agree to the following:

• Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any individual.
• Do not use the Service to discriminate against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Do notuse the Service in a manner that violates any individual's reasonable expectation of privacy.
• Do not use the output of the Service as the sole basis for adverse actions against any individual — including but not limited to termination of employment, legal action, denial of services, or public accusations — without independent verification and professional guidance.

We do not store your analyzed text beyond the active session. Text submitted for analysis is processed in memory and discarded upon completion of the analysis.

Text you submit is sent to third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) for processing. Such processing is subject to the applicable provider's terms of service and privacy policy.

We do not claim ownership of any content you submit for analysis. You retain all rights to your original content.

The Service relies on third-party AI infrastructure, currently the Anthropic Claude API. Your use of the Service is therefore also subject to Anthropic's usage policies and acceptable use guidelines. We reserve the right to change underlying AI providers at our discretion.

The Kora 32-Genome Operator System, dimensional analysis framework, multi-pass analysis architecture, prompt architecture, and all associated methodologies are the proprietary intellectual property of Kora Intelligence. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of these systems.

Analysis reports generated by the Service may be used, shared, and reproduced by you for your own purposes. However, the underlying system that produced them remains our property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kora Intelligence and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on analysis output. You are solely responsible for how you interpret, apply, and act upon the information provided by the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kora Intelligence and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email if you have provided one. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
